We have an immediate opportunity with one of our key clients for a position of Test Manager, to work in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Pay Rate: $70 - $75/hr on C2C

Responsibilities:

• Manage the execution of manual and automated test cases for various testing types including functional, performance, load, integration, UAT, and infrastructure testing.
• Develop and validate QA processes by establishing product specifications and metrics, and documenting results.
• Perform manual testing including user acceptance, GUI, functional, compatibility, and integration/system testing.
• Develop testing approaches and procedures.
• Report defects to the development team and track them to resolution.
• Lead testing status meetings with the testing team and various stakeholders.

Skills and Qualifications:

• 6-10 years of experience in the hospitality domain with preferable experience in Opera, CRS, RMS systems, and integration.
• Proven experience in managing the execution of manual and automated test cases.
• Strong ability to develop and validate QA processes, establish product specifications and metrics.
• Expertise in performing manual testing including user acceptance, GUI, functional, compatibility, and integration/system testing.
• Experience in reporting defects to development teams and tracking defects to resolution.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead status meetings effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Ability to lead and coordinate testing activities within a team.
