Description: The Manufacturing Industry Solutions Unit of Client (MISU) is a SBU responsible for all the business in Automotive, Industrial Machinery & Components, Chemical & Process, Aerospace & Defense & Agriculture & Food Domains. It's a profit center with P&L responsibility across the service lines offered by Client. The MISU prides itself as one of the unique industry players offering three dimensional services - across the manufacturing value chain, connecting the board to the shop floor and full technology services play.
The ITG is the Consulting arm of the MISU delivering Business Consulting & Advisory Services in the domains of New Product Innovation, Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing Excellence and Customer Experience Management. These are enabled by leading edge technology applied to business problem solving. These focused capabilities are in the areas of Digital Technologies (Mobility, Cloud, etc), Business Intelligence & Analytics, Enterprise Solution Products e.g. SAP, Oracle, SFDC , Shop floor and Engineering ( Aspen, Apriso, PLM, MDM etc).

KRA - Apply Business Development and networking savvy skills to capture new clients in the Paper, Pulp, Packaging and related Industry
Help clients grow into the New Digital Enterprise, responsible for formulating and presenting solutions to overcome challenges in this vertical through digital interventions
Responsible for bringing Subject Matter Expertise to sales pursuits, RfXs & Program Delivery
Develop strategic marketing and sales strategies specific to industry.
Identify industry trends (global and local), their potential impact and develop service offerings for clients
Market research to identify new solutions for the market and develop business case
Coach internal teams on business process flow of the Paper, Pulp, Packaging and related Industry
Thought leadership - articles/ white papers published, speaking at industry events
Help conceptualize solutions that internally should be developing to be ahead of the market curve
Work with regional internal sales leadership to collaboratively growing business in Paper and Packaging Industry
Expected Knowledge and Skills
Overall experience 15+ years with mix of Industry, Consulting and Technology implementations
Preferred MBA & Certifications in - Paper, Pulp, Packaging and related industry preferred
Extensively experience in architecting and delivering technology solutions for - Paper, Pulp, Packaging and related Industry
Experience in another Process industry will be positively considered
Experience in Manufacturing operations, Quality, Maintenance and Environment Health Safety(EHS) - worked in solutions around Analytics, IoT, AI, Digital Plant and Assets and other digital solutions
Excellent communication and presentation skills & self-starter.
Ability to establish rapport and relationships with individuals at all levels internally and externally

Bachelor's Degree/4-year Degree in Science or Allied fields
