Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 + Performance Bonus up to 20%
Location : Tampa, FL preferred, but remote work is acceptable.

We are seeking a Senior Recruiting Manager to lead our recruiting efforts and oversee a team dedicated to sourcing top talent in the IT, government, and AI sectors.
Job Description As the Senior Recruiting Manager at JRSS, you will lead and manage a team of recruiters focused on identifying, contacting, interviewing, and presenting top talent for our government and IT projects. You will play a pivotal role in overseeing recruitment strategies and collaborate closely with leadership and project teams to fill positions in software, cloud, data, and AI. This position requires a leader who is not only adept at high-volume recruitment in the technology space but also has experience navigating the unique challenges of hiring for government contracts, including meet critical government labor category, citizenship, security clearance, CONUS residency, and background check requirements.
Key Responsibilities - Manage and lead a team of recruiters, ensuring they achieve their targets while maintaining high recruitment quality and speed throughout the hiring process.
- Drive full-cycle recruitment, from sourcing candidates to closing offers, with a strong emphasis on roles related to IT infrastructure, cloud technology, software/data development, and AI.
- Ensure compliance with government contract hiring, including labor category, citizenship, security clearance, CONUS residency, and background check requirements.
- Leverage advanced recruiting tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Clearance Jobs, and other platforms to identify and engage qualified candidates.
- Oversee the management and optimization of the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure accurate tracking and organization of candidate data, while maintaining a robust and up-to-date database of potential talent for current and future hiring needs.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring recruitment efforts align with their staffing needs and project timelines.
- Collaborate with leadership to refine recruiting strategies and improve recruitment processes to ensure retention and meet the growing demands of government and IT sectors.
Qualifications - 8+ years of experience in recruitment, with significant experience in hiring for IT-related roles such as cloud computing, software engineering, data science, and AI.
- Demonstrated experience leading a team of recruiters in a fast-paced environment and handling multiple active positions.
- Proven track record of recruiting for government projects with a familiarity of security clearances, employment restrictions, and contract-specific hiring requirements.
- Proficient in using recruiting platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter and Clearance Jobs for talent acquisition.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with both clients and candidates.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven ability to meet deadlines, work with and manage other team members, and deliver high-quality candidates for technical roles.

Compensation - Base Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 (commensurate with experience)
- Performance Bonus: Earn a 2% bonus of your salary for each candidate placed in a new role who remains employed for at least one year or the duration of their contract, up to 20% each year.
