Conexess Group is aiding a large healthcare client in their search for a Salesforce QA Lead. This is a long-term opportunity with a competitive compensation package.
This is a hybrid position requiring a local candidate to one of the following locations*

Bloomington, MN
Bloomfield, CT
Responsibilities:
Provides consultation at the highest technical level to engineering teams and product owners assisting with the successful development and implementation of Salesforce applications across multiple lower environments.
Consults with client and IT management and engineering teams throughout the project life cycle, to assist and support the design, development and implementation of effective systems.
Drafts, revises and approves test plans and scripts to ensure alignment with QA standards and IT strategy.
Creates test data files with valid and invalid records to thoroughly test program logic and verify system flow as part of Salesforce Functional Testing.
Collaborates with users to plan user acceptance testing, alpha and beta testing. Ensures that functional tests are successfully completed and documented and all problems are resolved.
Analyzes, designs new or modified Quality Assurance (QA) procedures and standards and assists in the development and implementation of QA metrics for assessing the quality of delivered Salesforce application enhancements.
Participates in the review of Provar Automation Scripts and consults with IT staff and client areas in resolving questions during the automated regression testing process.
Works with client and IT management and staff to establish and maintain a consistent Salesforce test methodology. Focuses on providing thought leadership and technical expertise across Salesforce Functional Testing.
Recognized internally as “the go-to person” for the most complex Quality Assurance & Testing assignments.
Qualifications:
Bachelors College in Computer Science or a related discipline required
QA Lead experience 3+ years
Salesforce Functional Testing Experience - 5+ years
Test Automation Experience - 3+ years
Apttus / Conga CLM Testing Experience a big plus
Provar Automation and Provar Test Manager Experience is a plus
Good Communication Skills
Strong leadership skills
