Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

In this role, you will contribute to our mission by performing the following duties:

Candidate Recruitment: Proactively recruit candidates for assigned job orders by leveraging your knowledge of industry practices, common concepts, and the latest social media trends to fill positions effectively.

Applicant Sourcing: Identify and source qualified applicants. Evaluate their qualifications, screen applicants, and schedule and conduct interviews. Collaborate with the Credentialing Coordinator to check employment references and background information.

Outreach and Engagement: Make 80-100 daily calls via phone and internet, utilizing a prepared script to engage prospective candidates.

Brand Development: Maintain and promote your personal brand through various social media outlets.

Interview Preparation: Prepare candidates for interviews with clients by providing them with the necessary information and guidance.

Data Management: Keep accurate records of recruitment activities in our applicant tracking system, including applicant flow, interviews, hires, and terminations.

Compensation Negotiation: Negotiate competitive compensation packages to attract top talent.

Networking: Attend job and career fairs, and regularly engage with healthcare organizations and professional associations to foster relationships and expand our network.

Minimum Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.
Effective verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with diverse communities.
At least one year of professional experience in recruitment, sales, sourcing, or social media.
Proficiency in PC computer systems, including familiarity with word processing, spreadsheet, and database applications. Ability to design or set up filing systems both physically and digitally.
Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
Previous experience as a recruiter, in direct sales, or as a healthcare professional.
