A bit about us:
We are currently seeking a highly experienced Permanent Employment Attorney to join our dynamic legal team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a seasoned professional with a strong background in discrimination defense and active Pennsylvania Bar Admission. The successful candidate will be expected to provide expert legal advice on a wide range of employment law matters, including but not limited to, discrimination, harassment, wrongful termination, and wage and hour issues. The role demands a high degree of professionalism and a keen eye for detail. The incumbent will be expected to have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the legal industry, demonstrating a proven track record of success in handling complex legal matters.

As a Permanent Employment Attorney, your responsibilities will include:
1. Providing expert legal advice on a wide range of employment law matters.
2. Representing our organization in legal proceedings, including mediations, arbitrations, and court trials.
3. Preparing and reviewing legal documents, such as contracts, agreements, and policies.
4. Conducting thorough research and analysis of legal issues and case laws to ensure our organization's compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
5. Working closely with our human resources department to address employment-related issues and disputes
Job Details
Qualifications:
To be considered for the Permanent Employment Attorney position, you must possess the following qualifications:
1. Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
2. Active Pennsylvania Bar Admission.
3. Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Employment Attorney, with a focus on discrimination defense.
4. In-depth knowledge of federal and state employment laws and regulations.
5. Excellent negotiation and advocacy skills.
