Key Responsibilities:
Talent Strategist: Design and implement innovative sourcing strategies to build a robust talent pipeline from diverse platforms, including social media, job fairs, and community events.
Leadership Excellence: Lead, mentor, and develop the recruitment team, equipping them with the tools and knowledge necessary to thrive.
Onboarding Expert: Oversee a smooth onboarding process for all new hires, ensuring a positive start for both hourly and salaried team members.
Internal Talent Advocate: Identify and promote internal talent, fostering a culture of growth and career development within the organization.
National Recruiter: Travel to career fairs nationwide to build a pipeline of future talent, including interns, externs, and apprentices.
Strategic Planner: Partner with department leaders to anticipate and address staffing needs, ensuring the resort is always well-prepared.
Offer Negotiator: Develop competitive offer packages and negotiate terms, including relocation, start dates, and temporary housing.
Executive Liaison: Provide critical support to the executive team by managing key deliverables, complex schedules, and addressing matters proactively.
Innovative Leader: Collaborate with HR leadership to introduce new ideas and best practices, keeping the organization ahead of industry trends.
Training Champion: Lead the training of new recruitment staff, ensuring they are prepared to contribute effectively to the team.
Metrics-Driven Manager: Establish and track key performance metrics for the recruitment team, driving continuous improvement in the hiring process.
Brand Ambassador: Build and maintain relationships with schools, alumni groups, and other organizations, positioning the resort as the employer of choice in the industry.
