Role: Data QA Lead with Salesforce implementation

Location: NY

Duration: Long Term

Required Skills: Salesforce, Data, Snowflake, Talend experience as mandatory

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive QA strategy for Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud.
• Lead the QA lifecycle, including creating test plans, scenarios, cases/scripts, defect management, requirement traceability, and log in JIRA.
• Estimate, prioritize, plan, and coordinate testing activities.
• Guide the team in implementing SDLC and STLC methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).
• Manage manual and automation testing, identifying reusable test scripts for automation.
• Support and coordinate System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Explain the UAT process to customers and participate in bug triage meetings.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability throughout the project.
• Validate migration & integration of data sources and systems with Salesforce.
• Understand DB-related testing and ETL requirements (source-to-target mappings).
• Collaborate with project managers, developers, business analysts, and other stakeholders.
• Generate detailed QA reports and provide regular updates to stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of QA experience with a focus on data quality and integration.
• Understanding of Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud, administration, and architecture.
• Proficiency in SQL, data profiling tools, and relevant QA technologies.
• Experience in automation testing using any tool.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills for conveying technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
• Highly organized with the ability to guide the team toward industry best practices.
• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, ISTQB) are a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience leading a QA team or project.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools like JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps etc.
• Knowledge of Selenium WebDriver, JAVA, Selenium Grid, Cucumber, Maven.
• Experience in the consulting industry and familiarity with various business processes.
