This is an experiential learning position that allows the Student intern to apply the theory
and knowledge learned inside the classroom to the practical application and skills development within the organization.

Opportunities Provided:

• Applying knowledge gained in the classroom to the needs of the department. Work performed goes beyond advancing the operations of the department or the work completed by a regular student employee.
• The skills and knowledge learned are transferable to other employment opportunities.
• Learning objectives/goals are clearly defined to relate to the professional goals of the student's academic coursework.
• The student will be supervised by a professional with expertise and educational and/or professional background in the field of experience.
• Routine feedback is provided by the supervisor.
• The department will provide resources, equipment, and facilities to support the learning objectives/goals of the student internship.

Requirements

TO BE ELIGIBLE TO APPLY, you will need to:

• • Must have fully completed one of the following programs: ASPIRE, INSPIRE, or BUS 255, including the Unleash Your Inner Professional Workshop before your internship start date.
  • Be a currently enrolled Pace student (undergraduate, graduate, and international students), graduating Dec 2024 or later.
  • All majors are welcome.
  • Placement Dependent, work part-time in the spring/fall semester (20 hours per week maximum) or full-time in summer (35 hours per week maximum)
