Campus Recruiter
Remote

We are seeking an energetic and driven Campus Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. As a Campus Recruiter, you will play a critical role in identifying and attracting top talent from universities across the country. Your mission will be to build strong relationships with educational institutions, students, interns, residents, and faculty representing our company’s culture and opportunities at various campus events and through direct recruitment activities. Must be a credentialed veterinary technician (CVT, LTV, RTV).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute innovative recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent from colleges and universities.
  • Establish and maintain partnerships with key educational institutions, administrators, and faculty to promote our brand and opportunities.
  • Plan, coordinate, and attend campus recruitment events such as career fairs, dinners, student lectures, and networking events.
  • Connect candidates to our Talent Acquisition team to perform screenings and interviews to assess qualifications and fit with our company culture.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand hiring needs and develop role-specific campaigns for campus recruitment.
  • Leverage social media and digital platforms to engage with the student community and enhance our employer brand among potential applicants.
  • Help track, analyze, and report on recruitment metrics to gauge the effectiveness of campus recruitment strategies and make data-driven improvements.
Qualifications:
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
  • Proficient in organizing and managing multiple projects with excellent time management.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to engage effectively with students and academic staff.
  • Innovative thinker with a knack for developing creative solutions to recruitment challenges.
  • Proficient with recruitment software and social media platforms.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
Required Education and Experience:
  • Must be a credential veterinary technician (CVT, LVT, RVT)
  • 1-3 years of experience in recruitment, specifically in campus recruiting or graduate hiring.
Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to travel extensively during peak recruitment seasons.
  • Must be able to work extended hours as needed during events.
