rEvolution is seeking an Associate Creative Director, Art , with deep experience in experiential activations. In this role, reporting to the Senior Creative Director, Experiential you’ll partner with creative directors and the broader creative team to develop experiential activations from vision through execution. Your ability to conceive, design, and execute brand spaces and experiences—from basic sketch/photoshop mockups to execution specifics—will elevate our brand and client work.

You will:

• Partner with the Creative Directors and broader team to concept, pitch, and execute compelling brand experiences and activations
  
• Provide vision and direction to our 3D renderers to turn your visual mockup proposals into execution-ready plans
• Interpret briefs to discover insights and foundations for creative development
• Spearhead creative brainstorms and provide input on concepting ideas based on knowledge of current trends, pop culture, and current and past design themes
• Generate original ideas, deliver constructive critique, and foster a culture of collaboration and team building
• Serve as a cross-collaboration team member between Creative and Production Teams in the development and execution of experiential activations
• Support in the sourcing and selection of on-site stylistic elements such as furniture, décor, signage displays and brand ambassador attire.
• Assist in the vetting and pricing of partners as it relates to fabrication, tech, etc. – proactively offering solutions for executing against the concepted idea
• Develop and present creative work with confidence
• Work collaboratively to push creative work to a higher aesthetic
• Professionally represent rEvolution in the marketplace
• Perform other job-related tasks as assigned by supervisor(s)

You have:

• 7+ years of experience working full-time within marketing at a creative agency as a Senior Art Director or Experiential Designer
• Portfolio of produced creative work and experiential activations
• Fluency in both creative ideation and production execution
• Expert skills across the Adobe Creative Suite
• Excellent conceptual vision and a compelling design style / POV
• Comfort and confidence when presenting creative work
• Willingness to travel on occasion
• Demonstrated passion and interest in a variety of culture, sports, motorsports, and/or brands

This hybrid role is based in our fabulous Chicago office but has a global reach
